These Terms govern use of our services. By accessing or using our website, SAAS, or cloud services, you agree to be bound hereby. Services are provided "as is" without warranties. We reserve the right to modify services. All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India only.

Prohibited uses include any unlawful activities, infringement, or violation of laws. You are responsible for your content and use.

We collect personal data (name, email, contact) for service provision. Data is processed in compliance with Indian laws including DPDP Act. We use security measures to protect information. No sharing with third parties except as required by law or service partners. You have rights to access/correct data. Contact us for queries.

Abuse includes spam, harassment, illegal content, or any activity harming our systems/users. We monitor and may suspend/terminate access without refund for violations. Report abuse to support.

Cloud services subject to fair usage, no mining/crypto without approval, no hosting prohibited content. We provide uptime SLAs but no liability for data loss unless due to gross negligence. Backups are your responsibility unless specified.

You may not use services for illegal activities, child exploitation, terrorism, infringement, spam, viruses, or network abuse. No security violations, DoS attacks, or excessive bandwidth use harming others. Violations lead to immediate suspension. Comply with all applicable Indian and international laws.

You indemnify and hold harmless Adroit Nexus, its directors, employees from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities arising from your use of services, including unlawful activities, third-party claims, or breach of these terms. You agree to pay all costs, expenses, legal fees incurred by us in defending such claims. This indemnity survives termination.

All disputes subject to Lucknow jurisdiction only.
